Actually, you can use the torrent version to fix the DDL version (just put the file into the folder that the torrent client downloads to, download the torrent file, load it into the client and let it check the file and download what is missing).

It should do as people have been using the torrent download to fix the problems with the DDL version (and torrent client would do a check of a file if it's already there to see if it's complete, and download the rest of the data if it isn't complete) and it seems to be working.
