Lilly's best friend dresses very fashionably. You do the math.
Imagine them in Lilly's room before the big date, with Lilly fretting over whether Hisao will think the cheongsam looks pretty and Hanako trying to reassure her. It would be a great role-reversal.

Re: Black Squares, White Squares.
This seems relevant to my interests.

Re: About the Arts. (to the devs)
Not a ksdev, but someone who's drawn as a casual hobby since I was a child. The key to getting good is to a) draw all the goddamn time and b) reference everything you can. My first experiences with drawing humans was cartoon characters, and while the realization that you can strip a face's detail wa...

Re: Online Japanese KS reception
One other thing to consider is that quite a few people would be put off by the subject matter regardless, even if the title were something more subtle, like "Broken Hearts" or what-have-you.

Re: Online Japanese KS reception
The negative reactions from Japanese people remind me of the reaction from many English-speakers who have no previous familiarity with the game, which seems split between, "Haha what, a game where you fuck crippled girls? What is this sick fetish shit?" or, "Making something like this...

Re: Is Hisao's Presence Useless in Hanako's Route?
Hanako also mentions during her good ending that she just wanted Lilly and Hisao to stop protecting her. I figured that it happened in Lilly's route because the two of them ended up focusing on each other instead of Hanako, which also meant that perhaps indirectly Hanako felt less like she was bein...

Re: Hanako portrait (FIXED)
However, the main point of the portrait was profiting from her feminine and "flowerish" name (Hana-ko) to convey a symbol of her: the vase's design, a little bit in the fashion of Hanako's scars, far from ruining the beauty of the flowers actually frames it, turning them into something sp...
