The epilogue hit it for me, damn, I liked the rest of it for what it is, and logically it doesn't really make sense with what happens, but its incredibly well written in my view, and the epilogue is damn feelsy.

Rins good ending was immensely D'aww tears of happiness.
Emis graveyard scene had me almost in tears.
None of the bad endings really got me, Rins neutral did though.

I've got 100% and the other endings don't do to much, even shizunes bad ending wasn't as saddening as some claimed, to me anyway.

Now that it's mentioned, Rin seems a very likely candidate.
Lilly not so much, just do sent seem likely, much too calm and collected normally, simply stress breaks her though. (Maybe dependancy disorder, though.)
Shizune again, seems likely.
