Re: I just noticed
Well, currently, I envy you. The couch is infinitely better than the floor. The doorframes.. that I could take or leave (Not sure it'd be any worse though) Doorframes are surprisingly comfortable, actually. I'll have to bear that in mind... if it beats the floor I'm all for it :) Well, now th...

Re: I just noticed
I hope you guys are aware that I'm not restricted to any certain location. Nor to any certain dimension for that matter. Apparently, I just made the situation worse, didn't I? (I hope you will change back your location later, "under your bed.." was more witty in my opinion.) Who needs bed...

Re: I just noticed
I don't drink either. That's cool. Also, I think she's already inside the fort, being under everyone's bed and all... Hah! Joke's on her! I have no bed! ... :( Hm... creative thinking... "Remove the beds from the fort!" Are you sleeping on the floor then? (Is it out of habit or necessity?...

Re: I just noticed
The forces of feminism shall overrun the earth? Guys, I'm going under cover, we have to stop them. Hey, blackrising, your avatar is cute. *reads blackrising's location info* "under your bed..." *turns back in chair* Hey, blackrising... Wait, this is not how you keep your mission a secret....

Re: Are you ready?
I'm perfectly ready. Also, nowdays I'm quite patient too. Will probably wait till 2012-01-05 morning UTC, just to be sure. No need to stress myself, I will eventually play the game and enjoy it to it's fullest. The sun is shining, I have quantum mechanics to learn, life is good. On the other hand, I...

Re: I just noticed
Note: this is a silly post, and you shouldn't take it at face value. The devs said it will be released on the anniversary according to EST, that means anywhere between 2012-01-04 5:00 UTC and 2012-01-05 5:00 UTC. The devs didn't specified the exact time, but since the original colored post was made ...

Re: Full screen not working
I have one idea, I'm not sure if it's the case, but the info should be correct. On LCD monitors native resolution is way better than anything else (because each pixel basically have it's own liqud cristal, as opposed to the much more fine-grained phosphor on CRT-s). Another problem is that modern mo...

Re: Questions about the Release
The flip side of the coin is it'll keep the servers over loaded for longer due to people constantly refreshing to see if the release has been put up yet. It is pureley hipothetical, but signing up for a newsletter that will send the torrent files attached to the e-mail could alleviate it to a degre...

Re: The desire for hentai scenes
I think he's saying you wouldn't browse a topic that was titled "The desire for H-scenes" if you minded NSFW material. Yes. Still, it's always better to be on the safe side, of course. (You know that you are in a sawmill, but that's no reason not to put warnings signs on the hazardous imp...

Re: Katawa Shoujo Will be Released on January 4th, 2012
I'm hoping that it's up by the time I'm home from work that day (roughly 7pm GMT), as then I can spend a little while seeding the torrent (providing my ISP doesn't throttle the living hell out of it) whilst I play. I've not torrented anything for literally years, but I believe that aiding distribut...

Re: The desire for hentai scenes
Well, I think it's a good thing that most of the posters are afraid of the chance that the H-scenes may be badly written. I'm not too well-versed in H material (be it VN or animation), but my impression is similar to the above posters. I do believe it's possible to do in a tasteful and meaningful wa...

Re: Katawa Shoujo Artbook at Comiket 81
Well, considering that the devs are developing KS in their free-time , I'm sure they would be more than happy to lend you printing-material, if you manage to get a table at a European or American *Con (near you), and doing all the related work, including printing, advertising and selling (strictly o...

Re: Katawa Shoujo Panel at the Manifest Anime Convention
Fine presentation, my only complaint is that I cannot find the proper font for it. Actually, I'm amazed that that to this day ppt-s don't pack the fonts into the presentation file. Would save lot of trouble on the long-run... I found the font "Playtime With Hot Toddies", just not the "...

Re: [SOLVED] KS fails on splash screen -- Arch Linux 64
Actually, Arch being a bleeding-edge distro means that it sometimes experiences bugs that, left untreated, would filter down to more mainstream distros like Ubuntu, that are usually lags behind a bit. It's good that it went away, that means it probably won't happen in Ubuntu. I'm marking the thread ...
