Like others have said, leave them on, they do contain some story elements and character development you'll miss if you disable them. They're really not much to be worried about, only one scene is explicit by showing insertion, the rest of them don't show you any more that you see in a typical R-rate...

I don't think KS will be made into an anime but I wouldn't be surprised if some outfit tries to cash in on it's popularity with an anime having an amazingly similar premise.

A harem would be too farfetched for KS but I would have liked a scene where Kenji convinces you to go on an intel gathering mission with him which turns out to be peeping in the girls' shower/locker room since that's where the feminists hold thier secret meetings.
