The purple on her gloves, arm, neck, and brim of her hat are a bit too vibrant/neon, so you might want to consider toning that down a bit. Other than, lovin' it.

From what we the fans perceive in Act 1, so far yes, the girls are somewhat flanderized. But as whiteflags stated, we've seen the girls in fanworks more than anything official released by the devs.

Hmm, Kenji's humor has some shock value but it looses its edge quickly. Rin's ramblings are more like a mental puzzle that can keep you quietly occupied for a while deciphering them. Andrew "Dice" Clay = Kenji and George Carlin = Rin. I'd peg Rin as being more like Steven Wright or Mitch ...

Since we never really got to get to know Iwanako, I'm accepting her bitch-itude as canon for the moment.
