I'm surprised this didn't start a flame war.

It is :) take your time doing it, I rushed through hanako's after completing Emi as my first arc. A few days later I had to replay it, I didn't miss much story wise but some of the events had a much stronger effect when I was playing at a normal pace rather than a "crap it's 1am in the morning...

I enjoyed her route, it just wasn't my favourite. I guess I just felt the route didn't spend enough time exploring Shizune's personality as it did everyone elses. I'd like to know why she made the choice not to ever let out sound, or how she feels about her clearly dysfunctional family but the story...

Beck was pretty good. I had a really hard time getting over the downright hilarious English.

For some reason K-On!! of all things made me kind of sad and wistful at the end.

I think this is a stretch.
The nurse has his fun, but he is wholly professional when matters are serious and you can't enter relationships with patients as it's a conflict of interest.
