I'm not even interested in the olympics, so the "paralympics" are just a big "No, no" for me too.
I find them the most boring thing ever. People shouldn't watch sports, they need to do them, being a lazy fat ass watching TV while yelling at it is lame.

Re: Emi inspired running/workout
Stretch everyday, running or not, and you will find that your flexability improves over time. Not stretching for a few days in a row will also have noticeable degradation. Its something easy to build up and even faster to lose. So the slowing down of posts makes me think its time to see who is stil...

Re: Emi inspired running/workout
I'm a bit confused with Fitocracy. Mine appears to have broken, and isn't showing any updates on my feed apart from from the little robot fella. Hasn't for a few months now. It's quite disappointing, because it means I have less incentive to log in, which means I get less excited about exercise etc...

Re: Emi inspired running/workout
Hey guys :D What happened to this topic :S Anyways, after last week spent relaxing and getting myself feeling back to normal again, I managed to go out running yesterday (or this morning rather, being at 12:30am). I redid W1D3 to keep myself in form before moving onto W2. Actually, despite it being...

Re: Who Else Is Waiting...
Correct. ;) I haven't watched Naruto, and I never will. It's part of the shonen-trio and thereby hate-material. I'm into shojo and seinen, with a few exceptions. ;) No worries. I have, and it sucks. omg, Naruto... don't get me started, I'm so fucking mad with kishimoto that I just want ...

Re: Emi inspired running/workout
I'm running all the time now to try and make the cross country track team! Whenever I need to push myself, I think, "Go for it, go for it, or you won't get on Emi's rouuuute!" Whenever a cinematic song comes on, I don't let myself stop running until it's over! Whenever I feel like my hear...

Re: Emi inspired running/workout
soooo....
too damn hot today in Spain, so I just managed to do a 26 min run, anyway I was able to do a 5 km run but I ended up soaked in my own sweat.
seems like running in august is not a good idea, not even when is 22h XP

Re: Emi inspired running/workout
I'm starting to think about doing this, It could be fun. Huh. Has anybody else been inspired to do this from Emi's route? It is fun! Or rather, it will be once you get a bit more used to it. It can be unpleasant at first, but once you start making progress you'll want to keep going. Emi's story def...

Re: Emi inspired running/workout
I finally bothered to measure how long a lap around my block is in relation to a lap around the track, and to my pleasant surprise it's just about twice as long as the track. So to put it plainly, I've been running about 4.5 (9km) every other night. 0_o And I ran the last one in 32 minutes. Hallelu...

Re: Yuuko plot hole?
let's get "sciency" in here. This is clearly like the Schrödinger's cat experiment. Imagine Yuuko being the cat, well, you don't know if she is going be in the library or at the Shangai unless you check, and everytime you check you are creating a kind of "parallel universe" in wh...
