Haven't been running much these past few days. It's either the heat or my laziness not letting me do a full 30 minutes run. Also my legs get sore, but that's just an excuse too.

Plus it's not like you drink water and you are instantly hydrated. Only when I run in the cold. Sore is ok but pain is always a sign of something wrong. Is it cold or unsanitary where you run? Well uh I don't know the technical difference between soreness and pain. It's not cold or unsanitary though...

Anyone else feel lung pain while running?
Usually starts about halfway through the race and goes away after a couple of minutes but it's annoying.

A personal reminder not to run at 11 a.m while it's hot as fuck.

On another note, running at 10 km/h now.

Only walked today to see if my toe could handle it, what with all the stitches
Went smoothly, will run a bit tomorrow, and hopefully by Thursday I'll be at the 30 mins again.

I didn't go for anyone specifically, though I did prefer Hanako, Lilly and Emi as characters at first glance.
Ended up with Emi and loved every minute of it.

It's been more than months now that I'm stuck with Emi's 5K, W5D2. Somehow couldn't push myself to run 21 minutes straight. Any tips? I dropped the guide because W4~W5 seemed to be too pushing (to me). Run as comfortably as you can. Make it 10 minutes + another separate 10 minutes run, or whatever....

I did run 30 consecutive minutes already, just not at 10km/h yet (last was 9km/h)
Bad thing is I had a minor surgery in the foot so I can't run for a week or two. Hopefully I'll be able to get back still running as much as I can now.

I was gonna comment on the grammar but I just imagined a thick Russian accent like in the actual Metro 2033 and it seemed like it was on purpose
