Re: Is Emi a loli?
By way of her age and experience, Emi is the Older Woman archetype. But by looks and attitude, she's the Lolicon archetype. Let that sink in for a moment: 4LS managed to make a character that is both the Lolicon and the Older Woman at the same time.

Re: Did we change?
KS itself didn't really change me all that much. But it did give me the swift kick in the butt that I needed to seek help for some things, and that certainly sparked changes.

Re: Is Hanako mentally unstable?
This. I'd place her in the moderate range: she is not dangerous, but her attacks do have severe effects on her life.Mirage_GSM wrote:That depends on your definition of "menatlly unstable".

Re: Bacon Tagging
No bully in history has ever thought they were just having "friendly harmless fun". Bullying is an aggressive act by definition and aggression is never friendly, even if harmless. The very act precludes any notion of friendliness toward one's victims. That's why they're called bullies. Th...

Re: Game of the Year?
Not quite for me: I was convinced for most of the year that it was going to be, and then Xenoblade came along. But KS is still a respectable second place in my book. And, yeah. No official place is going to touch this game with a hundred-foot pole. Maybe /v/ will give it something, though. I seem to...

Re: Bacon Tagging
I don't understand how I can think that the bacon nickname isn't very funny, yet still feel compelled to laugh. Is it because the alternative is to cry?

I guess she's sort of like what TVTropes would call a Cloudcuckoolander, but I don't know if I'd call her cliched.

Re: Cheating Feeling
Getting back toward the topic, your reaction isn't actually as uncommon as this place might make it sound. In the earlier days of the game, we had quite a lot of people who couldn't get past their first route because it felt like cheating. Many eventually went on to do the other routes anyway. It is...

Re: What's so bad About the Feels?
The goal isn't so much to get rid of the feels as to get through them: to process them, learn from them, do whatever it is they require of you, and move forward again. Feels like these are an intense experience, and that's not a bad thing in moderation (or even a little beyond moderation, for a limi...

At the very least, you should get Hanako's bad ending; it carries a certain importance.

I'm not so sure. She certainly seems to like the risk of being caught, but that's not the same thing as actually wanting to be caught.Breaker deGodot wrote:I'm pretty sure that exhibitionist Shizune is canon.

Re: Where exactly can I find a swagger vest like Hisao's?
I'd call it outright essential for a decent Hisao cosplay, though.
That said, I'm thinking that the best way to find one that looks like that is going to be to learn how to knit. This will earn you MASSIVE points in a cosplay contest, but it's also going to take a lot of time.
