It's also a bit weird, because you wrote Jigoro in the way I'd imagine him to be if he wasn't used for such a caricature in KS, OTOH Thebigboss is grotesque unfriendly and egoistic here.

Worse than months without new chapters would be you writing when you don't want to write.

Just wait for your muse to return then. I think we'd all much rather have an awesome story which shows that the author loves writing than the equivalent of a yearly CoD release.

Obviously this will end with Hisao's death and Hanako and Emi later moving in together while they go to university and slowly get over it. Right? Right? Right?

I like this a lot.
The constantly changing perspective couples well with the fact that you're hiding just about anything which will happen with the plot on a greater level from the reader.

There's some really sweet Emi x Hisao stories, too. Hence my first idea from a few pages back was Emi x Hanako, for variety.
