Nervousness and reluctance are one thing (two, actually) but she completely froze up multiple times.Oddball wrote:What classic red flags? Re: Could you?...In real life?
It may have felt wrong and manipulative and whatnot to have sex with Hanako like that , but when you think about it, ultimately it was probably the best thing Hisao could have done in those circumstances. With Hanako's self-esteem as unnaturally low as it was, she'd most likely take any form of ref...

Re: Troubling thought
The first big key to understanding love is that falling in love and being in love feel different. What we see in KS is falling in love. You don't see so many stories about being in love, because it's not as exciting. It has its own rewards, but it's not a volcanic rush the way falling in love is, a...

Re: The morality of the girls!
I'm of the opinion that Hisao starts out Neutral (if a bit dickish) but changes over the course of the routes, so for the dateable characters I'll also list where I believe Hisao shifts during their routes. Experienced players know why I am also doing this for Misha and Kenji. I am also of the opini...

Re: Could you?...In real life?
At Hisao's age, I'd have gotten a bad ending for sure, probably on Hanako's route. I was a total white knight to degrees usually reserved for high-school comedies, with a habit of screwing it up to degrees usually reserved for high-school dramas. Nowadays, I'd like to think I've gotten a little wise...

Re: Lilly's Route (Good Ending?)
Being one hundred percent honest is awful in a real world relationship. I wouldn't say that. The trick is in learning how to be honest without being a jerk about it. That can be really difficult sometimes, but it has its rewards. The trick is in always keeping the lines open and never losing sight ...

That's pretty much what I interpreted "some new year games with risk and reward" to mean. Lilly would just skip the games.Steinherz wrote:Nah, Shizune would be the one doing kinky stuff (her first H-scene was basically bondage)

If Rin has Asperger's, then it's undiagnosed; she herself says that she has absolutely no idea what's wrong with her. But given that there is no diagnosis, I don't think there's any way to call Asperger's canon. There are lots of things that can cause the symptoms she shows, many of which aren't eve...

Re: Hanako? More like Hanaho. *spoilers*
Actually, speaking of Hanako mentioning she liked karaoke, anyone have an idea of what she'd sound like? (personally I for some reason think of Sally from Tim Burton's: The Nightmare Before Christmas ) (like she has one of those just barely there voices, but you stop to listen to it because there's...

Re: Is Hanako mentally unstable?
To a limited degree, but if you look at the bad ending, she can't actually keep the rage going. Toward the end of the scene she just crumbles, and this reaction would almost certainly prevent her from becoming truly dangerous.Renegade Starlight wrote:D-don't you think that these... these posts have some merit to them...?

Drugs can be a cover-up for a problem, it's true. I suspect, sadly, that many people use them this way. But when used properly they can be an important tool: they can allow someone to get into a mindset that they could not otherwise achieve, but need to be in to move forward.

Re: About Hanako's tile game..
To Hisao, it's interpreted as a odd behavior happening because of her loneliness. (Correct me if I'm wrong. English isn't my native language so...) You're right; that's exactly how Hisao interprets it. I've played that game many times, though I usually tried to step on light tiles instead of dark o...

Re: Hanako? More like Hanaho. *spoilers*
Actually, if you think about Hanako's mindset and psychology, that probably wasn't easy for her at all.
