I use Easy MP3 Joiner to joining mp3 files together (obviously :D ) and mpTrim to cutting off some seconds from songs if neccessary to fit timing. Quite a butchery approach. After starting running with Week 3 and running it for 2 weeks to compensate, I started Week 4 today. I was worried it would be really hard, but I felt better during and after the run, than I did last week when I was running much less. I was pleasantly surprised.
