More Hanako. The picture of her is taken from Raita's original sketch, obviously. I was too lazy to look for reference material of a burning sheet of paper, so I just tried to imagine how paper would burn.

I think Shizune's shoulders look slightly too broad, it feels like she could easily beat Hisao up. But considering his condition, I guess that every girl in the game could do that. :D Also, it feels like the left eye (right eye from the viewer) of each girl is a little off balance.
