I think that little teaser pic of Emi getting ready to sprint is the best I've seen her yet. Also, am I the only one who thought DAT ASS ?

Re: KS CYOA threads
It was great reading your threads Bromont. It seems that now all we have is Negi to keep the threads going, and I havent seen him around in a while. Hopefully when the full game gets released they can start up again.

Re: Otakon 2010
Just a heads up for everyone, Otakon is in less than 2 weeks! Knowing previous years, the temperature will be hellish. :| But I look forward to (any) Katawa-Shoujo cosplayers, since I didn't see any last year :( Yep, thats Maryland for you. And you just gotta keep an eye out for cosplayers. I only ...

I can lift a car engine unassisted. I can hold up an end of your average car with some effort (and so long as its not loaded with anything). As my partner puts it "you look someone who fights bears on mountains and wins every time" There is no fucking way you can do that, I'm 6'5, relativ...

Re: Katawa Shoujo Panel at the Manifest Anime Convention
Now I can't get out of my head the image of Suriko and Crud wearing luchador masks throughout the whole experience to keep their anonymity. Because you can always expect some attendant to be there brandishing a camera to take pictures of the event. Damn and I was about to ask if someone who will at...

Re: Is katawa Shoujo the gateway drug of visual novels?
KS was my first VN. Since then I've played YMK, and I'm thinking about trying out some other ones whenever I get enough time (probably download them before my next deployment to keep me busy). I loved CYOA books when I was a kid and VN's are like the adult version of those, so I really enjoy them now.

It's cool that you used to live in Germany for a while. I was actually born in Nuremberg, and lived there while my dad went off to Desert Storm. Sorry about all the shit that happened to you though. I'd gladly give you some of my body parts if it was possible.

From what I've been seeing on 4chan, its almost unanimous that the new Emi is better then the old one. Same goes for Yuuko. Looks like the change in design for them really paid off.

Well, its confirmed that I wont be able to attend this year. Kinda sucks, but I want to save up leave and money (its about 2000$ to fly back home). Would greatly appreciate pictures from whoever goes, including (and especially) cosplayers.

Do you work with artillery or something? My uncle was a marine and he worked with such things for a while. His hearing went downhill as well. No, I work as a CH-46E mechanic. Unsurprisingly, jet engines and turbines can be very very loud and high pitched. MY job requires me to be right next to them...
