Re: On the subject of "White Knights"...

I feel like this whole thread is aimed at a certain guy from my country... As a new person on these forums, I can genuinely say I don't know whom you refer to. And since I created this topic, it has no links to anyone. Enough lurking on whatever Hanako topic and you'll find him. Freaking ...

Re: Emi inspired running/workout

What the heck. Looks like I'm not in my ideal weight at all, I'm 2 grades underweight on the body mass index thingy (Which seemingly only works on the internet, because when I did at school it showed 23.) I don't understand... If I keep running, will I get worse? :( The BMI scale is out-dated and d...

Re: Emi inspired running/workout

and it was easy today to the point that I had to sprint the 90 second jog for me to release the blasted endorphins. Oh, to be young again... Ifeel like I'm nearing to the age when, as my father says: "If you wake up in the morning, and nothing aches, it means you died in your sleep". I th...

Re: KS character as sibling

For some reason, Misha. I think it would be funny as heck to have her around all the time, and would help me being a *bit* less introverted.

Re: Best Mother ??

I put Lilly, Akira and Shizune. Why? Because Yuuko is a mess. She can't even take care of her problems, let alone those of a child. Miki... We didn't get to know Miki. All we know is that she is kind of like Emi in personality, just a bit more mature but also more self-conscious over her disability ...

Re: Emi inspired running/workout

Week 3 complete, 6 more to go. I'm loving it. I'm running alone on a 20x20 Concrete Soccer field. I know, I know, I'll get a better place for it. Later. Also, some of you guys told me to talk to the Coach: He said running everyday was just fine, and nobody has commented on me being overexerting myse...

Re: Emi inspired running/workout

Boom boom, Week 5 Day 3 repeated and accomplished properly this time. The majority of the run was pretty easy, almost bordering on pleasant - partly because I took a slightly slower pace than my first Day 3 attempt, partly because I made sure to drink plenty of water beforehand, and partly because ...

Re: Emi inspired running/workout

Don't train everyday unless you want to meet the three ugly sisters: Overreaching, Overtraining, Rhabdomyolysis. Proper recovery is as important as the actual training. Okay then :( And, that's also for you there, Kilo: Don't push yourself too much. Blanking out on the couch after training is not a...

Re: Emi inspired running/workout

Aaaw, that's bad. I ain't really sure if I want to build musculature. But maybe in the future I'll want it, so that leaves me with... 1. Doing it everyday and build musculature slowly (Which is quite appealing, since I still have 2 years left until I care about it. 2. Skipping days and getting anxio...

Re: Emi inspired running/workout

Hey, is it healthy to step forward in the routine every single day? I mean, there are 3 days for each week written on it. (W1D123 and etc) Am I supposed to do it once, then skip a day, then do it again? Am I supposed to repeat the same challenge for 2 days? Or can I keep it like I'm doing now? I rea...

Re: Emi inspired running/workout

Hello. You're not alone. You know, I've never had problems with my body (Except my height, which I usually try to avoid talking about). My family has a tendency of height problems during childhood, followed by a very painful growth of muscular mass and bones. And for some a weight problem too, but l...
