I've thought for a while that Hanako might have gone to Scotland with Lilly if Hisao wasn't a factor in any way. Anyway, answering the original question does sort of depend on which route. I imagine the Hisao from Rin's route might be doing something entirely different from the Hisao from Shizune's....
