I like to read the blog posts. Gives insights on how this project came to be and puts the creation of it in perspective. It's a pretty good bridge from the fiction of KS to the reality of its effects.

I don't think the lack of visuals would really be that much of an issue. I'm not sure about that. The sentences were written with the images in mind which would mean that some sentences would be lacking in meaning as there isn't anything to complement them. Okay, so I repeated the experiment of no stretching before running. It went fairly better than last time. Was able to last for 26 minutes and wasn't as exhausted as the previous time.
