Especially since their routes are so similar due to their closeness. You could easily re-write Lilly's route as Hanako's with little effort, at least what I've played of it so far. In one route (probably Hanako's) Hisao thinks to himself when Hanako opens the door to peer out at him that she would probably install a peephole herself if that was allowed.
