I'd rather not carry around a little jack thingie that can be easily lost, and like I said I halve the size of my MP3s by downmixing to mono (I use V2 encoding).

It's not a big deal and I prefer doing it my way.

My mp3 player doesn't support Rockbox. In any case it's a 4GB model so downmixing to mono effectively doubles the available space.
