Re: H-Scenes and Hisao
In this case we are not talking averages, reasonable rules of thumb, or leagal age of consent in various countries . The subject is the character Hisao and he was created as he is by the dev team in part to lay a foundation for the story and to drive the story along. If Hisao started being a "m...

Re: Dev Blog GeoTracker stats
So if anyone cares, just to add some silliness I'll throw in some population numbers I got from the web. I won't even try to vouch for their accuracy... its the internet after all and there ain't no lifeguard out there. (Read: Country, Hits on Dev Blog, Approx. Population) Current Country Tot...

Re: Questions & Answers
Hmmm, this does make me wonder what are the equivalent books in a japanese high school of the ubiquitous "The Red Badge of Courage", "Of Mice and Men", "Catcher in the Rye" and "The Scarlet Letter" in american high schools reading lists? What would a common ja...

Re: H-Scenes and Hisao
So, basically, the only good end is the bad end, where Hisao didn't end up with any girl and thus avoided sex and heart attack. I can already see the moral of the game: Is sex really worth dying for? Well, since Hisao has never been with a girl how would he know if sex is worth it? He already DOES ...

Re: H-Scenes and Hisao
HNNNNNGGGH is spelled however you want as far as I know, just one H, and then a bunch of N's, and then several G's at the end, with an optional H at the end. By the way though, where did the whole HNNNNNNNGGGGH meme come from anyway? The first time I saw it was a while back in 2008, being applied t...

Also I think you could factor in a larger portion of the population in Japan is net savy. You know there are adolescent boys in some parts of America who can't find porn on the internet!!! The shocking inadaquacies of youth today.

Re: H-Scenes and Hisao
Emi route is a "healthy" route? Hisao had a heart attack! Not to mention how the daily HNNNNNGGGGGGs is going to affect him. Well, it's the route where he seems to be taking his health most seriously so far, thanks to Emi and the Nurse. Though Emi does sort of work against it by inadverte...

Re: Dev Blog GeoTracker stats
I suppose it could simply be that the mass of people interested in VN are in Japan. We've been numerically more popular in Japan than West since October of last year. That's why some blog posts are translated into Japanese or are exclusively in Japanese. It'd be nice for KS to be even more accessib...

Dev Blog GeoTracker stats
Odd little observation I made after following a link to the Dev Blog. I happened to click on the GeoTracker they have on the Blog and noticed the stats for May 1 to current day (May 15). Current Country Totals From 1 May 2009 to 13 May 2009 Japan (JP) 23,699 United States (US) 15,778 Canada (CA) 2,2...

Yeah, Mecha-Rin rocks.
I'd like to see one of Emi, but with her steamroller type personality maybe she should be a tracked mecha.

Please don't take anything I say seriously. Hell, I don't even listen to myself half the time.DuaneMoody wrote:...she's the only one who isn't in RAITA's original character sheet, isn't she. Curiouser and curiouser.
