I cried several times during Hanako's Route, but can't really choose which one I cried the most at.

I think maybe some don't like it because it only gives you one choice the entire route. It's an important choice, but a single point nonetheless and thus may not be as gripping as routes that require multiple choices. Just my theory, anyway.

Can I also point out that Lilly also didn't tell Hanako her best friend. She didn't tell anyone which makes sense because it's obviously a hard decision.
