Re: Lies and Consequences - Lilly Good Ending Epilogue Of Sorts

Your first fanfic  Orders of magnitude better than my first! I didn’t tell him the truth. I confessed my feelings, even while I knew it was doomed from the start. What kind of a monster am I? One who deserves to be alone in the end I suppose. I thought it was a shame that she didn't explore w...

Re: A One-Shot: Footsteps in the Dark(9S/ Secret Santa '18)

I read this, went out and did some grocery shopping then came back and read it again and my heart is breaking for poor Misha. It was bad enough that Shizune didn't even get her a card for Christmas, which made her sad enough to lock herself in her room for the evening, but when Shizune did get round...

Ikuno, if a sweater vest is good enough for Jimmy Page, then it's good enough for Hisao!

Really enjoyed this, nice to see Ikuno getting some love

Re: Katawa Grisaia - Crossover Katawa Shoujo / Fruit of Grisaia

Enjoyed reading this, looking forward to seeing how it develops. I've only finished Fruit of Grisaia (still reading through Labyrinth) and I don't recall any mention or signs of Kazuki having trouble with her eyes, is that something that comes up in a later VN? And yeah, don't judge the VN by the an...

All I want for Christmas...

Hisao slinks along the corridor, head down, a hunted expression on his face. He has arrived at his classroom just after school is due to start but before Mutou usually makes an appearance, hoping that he will be able to avoid the unsettling encounters that have been a feature of the last few days. H...

Re: Christmas Spirits, City Angels, A Shanghai Carol - S9 Submission for Scroff

I have to admit, this made me squirm at first. Yuuko is a chracter I've never written before, nor do I desire too again. Once I settled down to writing this however I really had a lot of fun with it! I hope you enjoy it Scroff and have a fantastic Christmas and New Year! Thank-you so much for this ...

Re: Secret Santa 2018 - Story collection

I loved Akira's Surprise, having read Home on AO3 it was more of a "how" rather than "what" sort of a story, but that didn't affect my enjoyment one bit. To me, her real surprise was that Hanako was the driving force! Mission Log: Discovery of the Snow Butterfly made me laugh, an...

Glorious!

I've got a story outline in my queue that also characterises Lilly as cynical and manipulative, but I don't need to write it now :D

Your English is many times better than my French and I never struggled to understand what you were saying (writing?).

But playing thrash metal on a Jaguar? Really??

Re: Yet another one-shot thread

Thank-you both for the kind words! The other story I'm working on atm has Lilly back in Japan so I wanted to write something to see if I could make sense of her return - if I couldn't then I'd have to rethink. Seems like it isn't too far fetched or out of character, which is a relief!

She sits on her bed with tears running down her face, finally expressing the feelings that have been threatening to overwhelm her for what seems like an age. Despite being alone in the house she does not abandon herself to her emotions: there are tears but nothing more. Even so the friends she left ...

Re: Fallen Leaves & Broken Clocks

I feel you've captured a feeling of mono no aware very well, and they both exhibit impressive amounts of gaman. I had a strong emotional response to this, going to take me a while to pin down why though.

Thank-you!
