Re: "Can You Open Your Heart?" - a Rika pseudo-route
I enjoyed this a lot. Especially the characterization of Rika: for all intents and purposes, she's an OC, and you did a great job making her different than the other characters in canon. I actually prefer the bad ends to the good one; they seemed to fit Rika better. Her good end was too much of an i...

Well this is awkward... *checks Wikipedia*... yep. I know literally nothing about Japan.Guest Poster wrote:Heh, Hokkaido isn't the name of the town, but the name of the island it's on. Hokkaido's actually the second-largest island in Japan. I'm not sure if the town itself was named.

Re: "Hustle and Bustle" - Hisao
I thought Hisao mentioned "Hakkido" or something to Lilly when he first mer her and was asked where he was from? I think Hakkido is the small town where Lilly's summer house is. I could be wrong though, it's possible Hisao said he lives near there. But if I recall correctly I remember him...

Re: Fan-made sequel writing.
The biggest thing that many people should know is that cities in Japan generally are very large in comparison to US cities. You do realize that doesn't make any sense, don't you? I'm about as confused as you are with zer0's statement there... :? -Hawk2 It distills to "Japan has some big cities...

Wow. OK. I was not expecting the story to stretch for the better part of the thread's 55 pages (of which I have read every single one). I thought maybe the first 10 pages or so would hold the story. Boy, I was in for quite a great surprise! This is an impressive piece of work. It was touching and we...

Re: Sisterhood (Hanako Epilogue) (Completed)
As for typo's...it's okay to point them out. It had been a little over a week since Akira and I arrived at our parents’ mansion(comma) and although the official reason for coming over was seeing mother and father appear to be early risers,(semicolon, not comma) I wonder what side of the family I ta...

Re: Akira Pseudo-Route [Updated as of 3/2]
I seem to remember quite the opposite in canon. Whether it was Emi's or Rin's path (or Act 1) I can't recall, but it was noted that Emi runs in spite of having no legs, and Rin paints in spite of having no arms. Meanwhile, Hanako is certainly shaped by her condition; she's shy, her hair covers her ...

Nice work. The mouth is underdone, or maybe it's too much shading on the face that makes the mouth hard to distinguish.

it seems like Emi and Rin have been shaped by their misfortunes, whereas Lilly and Hanako are who they are in spite of such things. I seem to remember quite the opposite in canon.
