Re: Fanfiction: Fractures (Updated 28/08/15)

I was not expecting Misha's appearance, but I probably ought to have. Now all we're missing is Hanako... who is no doubt far too busy to answer the phones these days. Also, my law-of-conservation-of-detail alarm is pinging; all of this almost certainly has to relate to Hisao's death... ...and it's a...

Re: Shit that Pisses Lilly Off

Akira will say, "Oh Lils, that's terrible..." and Lilly will knife her and then disappear. I think that might actually be canon. In Lilly's path, during her going away party right before the first trip to Scotland, one of her classmates calls her Lils. And, with the exception of Kenji, wh...

Re: Shit that Pisses Lilly Off

I bet she really hates jokes about Macbeth, and once has thrown a pencil at (well, near) Kenji for going on about what she thought she heard as "those three witches in the front row".

Re: Fanfiction: Fractures

Woo, all caught up!

And I actually kind of got a Yuuko vibe from that little 'eep', not a Hanako one.

Actually, there's my first prediction; Yuuko's the killer, going after everyone who left Yamaku with unpaid library fines.

Re: Wine (Chapter 2 - 26/8/15)

Time to buckle up. Drunk Hanako is love; drunk Hanako is life. And hey! There's still time to shoehorn in an ill advised yuri vomitorium scene.

Re: Moments in Time [One Shots]

Thanks! Despite my own personal love of melodrama, I seem to be good at the cutesy one-liners. It's a little frustrating, because I feel like I want to build up to something... I just have no idea what yet.

Re: Yamaku Book Club (Meeting Update: Aug/Sep—Hanako)

I do have to wonder how this story would stand if we'd never seen Original Flavor Sisterhood. The expanded edition WAS judged as just another normal fanfic rather than something that was missing from people's life before. Being remarkably fresh-faced to Katawa Shoujo fandom (I only played the game ...

Re: Moments in Time [One Shots]

Escalation Poking my head around the corner, I glance furtively both ways down the corridor before putting my head down and scrambling for the classroom, not straightening up until I’m through the door and Mutou can see me. I’m safe now. Letting out a sigh of relief, I head over to my desk, setting ...

Re: Developments (Post-Lilly NE) - Epilogue up 8/11 - COMPLE

This was... just fantastic. The tone was really on point, and there wasn't ever a moment where I thought that someone was off base or out of character. Plus that Rin chapter was quite possibly the most entertaining thing I've read in years. You should be proud of what you've accomplished, because th...

Re: Moments in Time [One Shots]

Omg this was so effin good  Kenji in this one reminded me of how Sousuke overthinks everything in Full Metal Panic!, so that's a plus in my book! I like your style and I surely hope to read more of your stuff in the near future. And as the 2 guys before me said, welcome! Dw, it's not all that ...

I gotta say, I like your Iwanako. She seems like a sweetheart, if a little overwhelmed (which is, you know, to be expected).

Re: Moments in Time [One Shots]

Thanks! It feels good to belong.

And sometimes a scene just grabs me and runs through my head for a while. I'm just glad I managed to polish this one a little and get it out before it got away.

Moments in Time [Not Quite One Shots]

Moments in Time, or: How I Learned to Stop Worrying and Love Yamaku This is going to be (hopefully) a bunch of semi-connected short stories, with no particular theme to them; they seem to take place in some kind of amalgam of Emi's route with plot elements from the other routes. Parallel Works... wh...

Re: Suffering from Withdrawl

When I first started looking into KS Fanfics I found this over on reddit, a good list - and most of the links bring you back here anyway. ( Can I suggest the Suzu-Route? :D ) Why not start with a one-shot? People here are very good at giving helpful feedback. You certainly can suggest the Suzu rout...

Re: Suffering from Withdrawl

May I point you to the library or the book club ? Don't forget Miki's path. Awesome. Thanks for the recommendations and the links. Well, if you're so inclined, you could always do what I did and try your own hand at fan fiction. I'd never written much of anything before, and I wound up wr...
