I knew Hanako wore boots, but I never knew exactly what she wore. Also, I really like the staircase artwork, especially of Hanako, it's really well-done.

I found this program that's pretty much like desktop pets, but the interesting thing is that you can add characters, so me and someone else has this idea to make KS characters for this.
