Re: Katawa Shoujo Discussion
Which struck me as odd with Hanako. I mean is her scarrign actually a disability? She seems able to function just fine. Its her social anxiety that holds her back. Large area burns can have some fairly serious effects, in many cases. The main problem is water retention issues (that is, you can't sw...

Re: Typos found
All right. I don't have a ton of time, but I want to post a few to keep in the habit. It's still Lilly. When you're outside Hanako's room while Lilly is in Scotland, if you ask the student who passes by, you get this sentence (but I don't think you get if you pick the opposite): "She gives a sh...

Re: Missing a few scenes. (Rin Act 3 and Emi Act 4)
The full flow chart with scenes might be a bit easier to understand http://ks.renai.us/viewtopic.php?f=45&t=5534 . For Emi's route, you need to get the good ending by talking to Emi's mom, rather than going after Emi and then saving it with Misha (if that makes sense). Rin is kind of complicated...

Re: Typos found
Here comes more Lilly. When everyone does terribly at a test: "We'll be discussing the class' test scores next lesson." Now, in American English, "class" is singular and should be "class' s ." In British, I suppose it would be plural and "class'." However, tha...

I love you. I... love you too? *bookmarked* I don't know when, or where. But I'm gonna use that. It's my general reaction to almost everything linked or posted here, but in this case it seemed especially appropriate. That's actually a clip from a longer video. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cYNdUM2...

Re: FDA approves new "blindness curing" glasses
Who's the one blasting through the air on the top left of the screen?... I think that's the girl from the picture of the whole class who has artificial legs (front row, far right.) And is that red-haired kid with the robot body supposed to be the kid with a cane? Those would both be pretty obscure ...

And why is Misha... just a robot. That freaks me out. Why do I feel like Shizune pushed her into that... Eww...

Ah... Lilly's path. Let's get a start on it, eh? The first couple are in Act I, but after it's been determined that you're going on Lilly's path. At the Shanghai: "Akira, do you have to..." This is the same as a sentence from my first post. It's a question, so it needs a question mark (eve...

Re: Emi Ibarazaki's past encounters...
The thing is, Misha clearly didn't move on from Shizune, she just kinda spent her time with her, hoping it would be enough for her. For her to have hooked up with another girl would mean that she got over Shizune, which we see pretty clearly is not the case. For her to have hooked up with another g...

Re: Just finished Emi's route yesterday.
Welcome to Katawa Shoujo, beware of Xanatos!~ This is all-around good advice. And whatever you do, don't click on his links (especially the one he has already posted just above me) unless you want your Katawa Shoujo memories to be permanently tinged with a disturbing patina. Edit: Curses, I'm too l...

For some reason, this made laugh so hard...TheHivemind wrote:This thread is great.
Carry on.
(I look forward to a detailed analysis of Hivemind's post, with much back and forth about whether or not he is subtly lending credence to this theory.)
