Re: Emi inspired running/workout
I've been meaning to start exercising, both my endurance, and energy levels are dangerously low, which in turn is what "stops" me from starting. After going the Emi path though, I - much like a lot of you people - decided to start jogging and then running. I'm about 1.8 meters (ca.6 feet)...

Re: Emi inspired running/workout
My goodness, everyone's been quiet as church mice lately. Aside from the Fitocracy folk I feel like I'm running by my lonesome out here. :) How are your routines going, fellow runners and workers-out? Anybody new thinking of taking the plunge? Small update on my stuff: I'm in the last couple of week...

Re: Hanako's Broken Heart Club
Goodness, this thread moves fast. Pray the doctors tell me it ain't bronchitis, I'd like to be in school instead of staying at the hospital because as you all know, I'm immune to most medications and they will have to keep a close eye on me... I'll do just that. I hope you get better soon. I suppose...

Re: Hanako's Bad Ending
I think everyone goes through a certain evolution, although it's not as fast as most people imagine. You watch a few drama shows and you imagine that as soon as you graduate High School or University that your whole life will change. I don't think that's true. Puberty is when you start forming your...

Re: Hanako's Broken Heart Club
So I ask my brothers and sisters of the Club of Broken Hearts, wat do? Should I just throw caution to the wind, fuck the consequences and ask her out? Or should I continue doing things the normal friend-like way? I say bugger the consequences and do it. She sounds pretty cool. I wouldn't necessaril...

Re: Emi inspired running/workout
Update Welp, I think we'll just call this a "one step backwards, two steps forward" event. I had a pretty bad couple weeks, eating a lot of fast food and not getting much exercise. I can make excuses all day but at the end of the day I just lost track of my diet and goals. However, there'...

Re: Hanako's Broken Heart Club
Small story/update thing: Yesterday I was at a local warhammer tournament and they were giving "Best sportsman" award. And I actually won it. I have always been "the shy/quiet guy" so I was actually really suprised that I won it. Anyway, I was really happy about it so I thought ...

Re: Hanako's Broken Heart Club
Short update on what I wrote a lot of pages ago...^^ 1. My new high school is great. The people in my class are friendly and I even met some anime fans ( Girls!). 2. OMH!!! I went to return a couple of movies my love interest lent me, and a few moments later I was invited to dine with her...

Re: Emi inspired running/workout
Hey guys :D What happened to this topic :S Anyways, after last week spent relaxing and getting myself feeling back to normal again, I managed to go out running yesterday (or this morning rather, being at 12:30am). I redid W1D3 to keep myself in form before moving onto W2. Actually, despite it being...

Re: Hanako's Broken Heart Club
That fuckin' wrecked me for a bit. I had literally kicked it with him the day before I bounced up north. I'm really sorry to hear about your friend. It's horrible when somone dies too young like that. Like Gandara said, mortality's a piss-off. Grief is important, and I'm glad you're moving through ...

Re: Emi inspired running/workout
They were wondering who the cutesy encouragement girl on chart was. :) xD What did you say? She just kind of hand waved it: "It's a video game character from something Walrus was playing", which is the truth, as far as it goes. Enough of an answer to be proper, but not enough to encourage...

Re: Emi inspired running/workout
Small update: I just got back from running week 2 day 1 of Bridge to 10k (3 15 minute blocks with 1 minute walk in between). I was able to complete it alright, but it was difficult at the end. I guess that's the point. Time dilated out in the last 10 minutes and it felt like much longer. Feel good t...

Re: Emi inspired running/workout
Er, you made sure to creep the correct town, right? I don't remember telling you which beach I live on. :U Sincerest apologies for attempted google creepin' - I had you momentarily confused for somebody else. It was undoubtedly the wrong beach, though a nice one with a north pier. I always get curi...

Re: Emi inspired running/workout
I didn't run. D: But I'm afraid that Emi picture will be ineffective. I am immune. My procrastination is unstoppable. I did run a mile after school on the track earlier though, and ended up getting the rather disappointing time of 7 minutes 20 seconds. In my defense, I hadn't had a breakfast and it...

Re: Emi inspired running/workout
I've been making excuses to not run so I've missed out on about 2 days of running, I'll be hitting the pavement again tonight though. How did the run go? You didn't make another excuse, did you? If you did I'm afraid I'll be forced to post a pouting Emi picture, and I'd rather not have to go nuclea...
