Re: What else made you cry?
Babylon 5 was a badass scifi series. One of the only ones with a real story arc to it. When it was over, it was OVER.

Re: After reading KS, do you do anything different?
I play moar VNs. They simply weren't on my radar as vehicles for good storytelling until KS, now they are.

It's also a euphamism for being drunk, but that's just semantism, and foolish besides.

Wrong, it is translated, you just need to know where to look. (No, I won't post a link, since the source also hosts illegal software)

Re: family guy episode
No problem with it. It's a joke. The only people offended are those who enjoy having something to rage about.

Re: Would you watch Katawa Shoujo anime?
Watch it? Probably, but I don't think it could be anything special. The appeal of KS is the well-developed stories revolving around these high-school romances. If a KS anime were a running episodic, it would wind up being one of those stupid reluctant-harem-anime tropes. If it had a consistant story...

Re: Where and when did you found out about Katawa Shoujo?
Yeah, slightly embarrassing, but I definitely ran across this on a thread on 4chan's /b/ last weekend. No, I'm not proud, and I will not discuss the pretenses that I had about it when I decided to look into it. After sending that entire weekend blowing through everyone's paths fully, ...

Well, in the end of Shizune's path, Hisao decides to be a teacher, and we can assume it'll be a science teacher because he excels in the subject. In Emi's path, he decides to go into a career in science. In Lilly's path, he decides to be a science teacher. He seems to enjoy both science and teachin...

Re: The tunes in KS are that good??
The music was good at setting the mood during the game, but it didn't blow me away.
I will say that it was all very well polished. Quite impressive when I compare it to a lot of professionally done soundtracks that fall utterly flat.

Re: Did any of these stories particularly hit close to home?
Nah, not really. The closest resemblance any of the characters have to someone in my life would be Misha, who reminds me of my chubby/emo first girlfriend, although Misha's crazy only hits about the halfway mark when compared to her. The only physically disabled people in my life/family also have se...
