Re: My experience with Katawa Shouju
^ That helps drive home the point that, in many aspects, KS is a pretty fucking dark Visual Novel. The default ending has Hisao dying. I have never seen a VN that dark before myself. ... Default? But yeah, that ending is a really dark part of the VN, and very much unlike the others in t...

Re: Rin's Path discussion *spoilers*
Oh man, that does make the post better  To take things a bit back on topic, Rin said that the kid's painting were interesting and he was starting to get more into sculpture (and if memory doesn't fail me, one of the greatest argentinian sculptors was blind) So his paintings are not necessarily...

Re: Dissussion about the order in which you play the routes.
Save the best route for last, always. Emi's route is the most common one for first routes, and playing her route really does help you prevent getting the bad end in Hanako's route, don't be a filthy white-knight because what Emi addresses at some point in her route, I personally believe, if it was ...

In the interest of saving your space bar from death, I must inform you that the majority of visual novels offer a "skip mode" in the options to auto-run through previously-seen scenes.Powermad80 wrote:in the process of mashing space bar through the parts I already did

Though actually she said she kind of liked his paintings, though whether that means they aren't "awful" is hard to say. XD

Re: Facts about KS
I think its mentioned somewhere that Yamaku doesn't really translate (apparently it literally has no meaning, along with Iwanako). According to Google, Iwanako means "say no" and Yamaku means "Congestion film". The thread I got the drug bit from mentioned that Yamaku could somehow be translat...
