Re: Do you have any disabled friends?
So...Not having parts that we're not supposed to have is a disability? Fuck. In that case, I'm more disabled than I thought. I don't even have wings... Does evolution lead to disabilities? I guess not having a tail would be a negative aspect of human evolution, but if we had tails, some of us might...

Re: Did we change?
Katawa Dick Syndrome, Foamy? Go to the shimmie. Yamaku is a school for the physically disabled (though many of them have mental/emotional troubles as a result of their physical flaws). Mental patients (as in exclusively mental issues) generally aren't taken in there. It seems that way. I'm sorry, t...

Re: Do you have any disabled friends?
It is worth noting, however, that I see the lack of a prehensile tail in Humans as a disability, as well, given that this comes standard in simiforms, except for the poor, disabled apes. So...Not having parts that we're not supposed to have is a disability? Fuck. In that case, I'm more disabled tha...

Re: Do you have any disabled friends?
Might I ask, were you watching Sound and Fury, or perhaps Sound And Fury: Six Years Later? Never heard of it. I actually have experienced deafness (via deliberate blocking out of sound - the device I cobbled together to manage it was a bitch to wear) and it wasn't so bad. Granted, in my current day...

Yes but many miss that point. Thankfully most who miss it don't bother finding this place.Foamybeard wrote:Isn't part of the point of the game to see them not as being disabled, but ordinary people? That's part of what I got out of it.

As for the h-scenes, you could argue some aren't necessary but then you can argue picnics with Emi/Rin and train rides to Hokkaido are unnecessary too.

Re: Do you have any disabled friends?
Yes, its nice that people with similar problems can understand each other and have something in common, but believing that is better than be able to hear. Consider everything you've heard in life. Now consider just how much of it has been inane, distracting bullshit. Hearing is overrated. If someon...

Re: So, is Hanako a Nerd?
Hanako existance is just sad over all. She usualy does bad at school, so that means she usualy dont even have the strengh to study properly. She has no games in her room besides chess, which she plays with a few people. She skip class a lot too, which means she has even more time. So, in the end, i...

Re: So, is Hanako a Nerd?
I know. It's perfectly intentional. Sicko. All she ever wanted was chocolate. :( Anyway, she likely didn't have the privilege at the orphanage but I could see Hanako enjoying video games as long as she could do it alone. She'd rise up in the ranks and inevitably develop a crazed power lust that wou...

Oh, I do. But literal death is pretty soul-crushing.Dream wrote:Odd, i always thought you liked the Kenji ending for some reason.Xanatos wrote:The only soul-crushing end is Kenji's.
And you can always go back and get the good ends, so long as you get the rest too.
Also, i don't care much for this topic.
