Re: Hanako's Broken Heart Club
On the topic of birthdays: Birthdays should really only be celebrated once a decade. Surviving one year isn't a big victory, generally speaking. On your 90th birthday, you should be legally allowed to kill one person of your choosing (literally anyone, and they have to come to you) with your bare ha...

"Whadaya mean, what kinda accent is dis? It's a troll accent!" bit of trivia: The Troll Males in WoW are voiced by Steven Jay Blum (more commonly credited as Steve Blum). If you don't know who that is watch any anime. You'll probably hear his lovely gravelly voice. (Examples of his Anime work: Zabu...

You know, sometimes I think I'd like to visit Japan. Then I'm reminded that Japan is apparently Uptight Bullshit: The Nation.Guest Poster wrote:[Japan stuff]
@panda: Lilly believes they left for business. Her constant 'perfect' facade is just to mask the vulnerability that comes with blindness.

...Why would you need to? Lilly can hear. Just speak to her.Ilithandie wrote:Haven't played Lilly's arc yet (last one to do) but do you not learn brail in it like you learn sign language for Shizune's?
And no, you don't.

Re: If Hanako's scars looked like this...
The worst scar I've got is one the back of my leg where it's been repeatedly cut open to extend the heelcord. Though a few people did once threaten and nearly attempt to give me a very different type of scar...

Re: So, is Hanako a Nerd?
Huh. I guess I'll have to play through Hanako's route again, apparently I misunderstand this part of her character. Thing is, I also have trust issues, and I have admitted to my oldest friend that I sometimes suspect he only tolerates me (to which he responded "that's stupid", but I still sometimes...

Re: If Hanako's scars looked like this...
I must be desensitized to this kind of stuff because I'd still be fine with a girl that had burns like those. I will admit, it would take a little while to get used to them but I could easily look past bad scaring to the person inside. Hell, I even have a zipper-scar on my chest just like Hisao and...

Re: KS forum in a nutshell?
Well then if random posting is an issue why not just make an area for it? Out of curiosity. Was considering opening a small section called "Ilithandie's Tavern". Just a small place that you could introduce yourself and "shoot the shit" as it were. (I personally would have some small RPing in it if ...

Re: Does your favourite heroine reflect yourself?
Hanako (not necessarily my favorite) reflects me quite a bit. From the tile game to the self-loathing to the years of inescapable peer contempt...Even had my fair share of Lilly(s)...Which is to say, people who weren't friends but had pity to give (assuming you go by Hanako's bad end, she did view L...

Re: If Hanako's scars looked like this...
I keep confusing India for Indonesia and then all I can think of is this guy . And yeah, articles love to exaggerate for a point. Worst-case scenarios work best for that. I'd still say Hanako's case was more an issue of expanse rather than severity of the actual burns. Oh gosh, what happened to him...

Re: The truth about Emi's first relationship.
I can see where it would get pretty frustrating for a guy. Especially if they're a sensitive type. Having someone constantly changing the subject, going on about running, or suggesting they go get ice cream when you want to sit down and have a frank talk about your feelings to try and form a closer...
