Re: Hyacinth [18+] (Lilly Neutral End) UPDATE 4/22
I still doubt it'd work...mainly because one of the girls in the threeway relation has plenty of self-confidence and the other girl has barely any whatsoever. Knowing that Hisao had more than one "significant other" would almost inevitably lead to Hanako feeling like a third wheel.

Re: The death of Misha... *MASSIVE SPOILERS*
Hanako's ending was pretty straight-forward unless you got her neutral or bad ending or you're among the people who believe she was raped.

Re: Ask!
During their date Lilly mentions to Hisao that Akira felt that the strict school they attended was suffocating and she left for a job as soon as she was able to. In Japan, only elementary and middle school are mandatory. Does that mean Akira never even attended high school? (and somehow still manage...

Re: Flower and Snow
And if it turns out to be Rika, there has to be some extremely traumatic experience in the furture to change her personality this drastically - if she brushed off the heart condition without a second thought, what whould it take to change this character into the Rika we know? But do we really know ...

*"Do You Like Horny Bunnies?" Anyone else want to know why Japan seems to be the world's #1 exporter of really frigging weird shit? I guess mostly because they're culturally groomed to suppress their own emotions to the outside world as much as possible and also because a lot of them stop having se...

But would it work for the girls?
Answer is probably "no". Heck, Lilly alone might prefer Scotland over sharing her boyfriend with Shizune.

Re: Akira Pseudo-Route [Updated as of 4/23]
Really? I don't remember any reference to such a thing, but I could be wrong because I've missed a couple of other things in the past. If you find that quote could you link me to the scene? I'm trying to get all the inconsistencies and discrepancies out because I know that's jarring to the reader a...

Re: What is your story canon?
Really wish the Dev's had addressed that more. Like have the other girls form friendships, or find romances. Why is it so hard to imagine that that might happen eventually on its own? Hisao is not Jesus...he's just an average confused kid with a decent personality and a messed-up heart who ends up ...

Re: Akira Pseudo-Route [Updated as of 4/23]
Wasn't it established in the game, btw, that Akira was such a lousy cook that Lilly always made the meals for them when they still lived together?

Well it certainly won't be YMK...Aeka's path would probably make her go catatonic.

Re: Hanako's presents
Most of the adoption of orphans that do take place in Japan is actually done by either foreigners or Japanese abroad, so you're probably right about that.YZQ wrote:Something tells me that they could be adopted by foster parents from Japanese communities overseas, like the States or even in Peru.

Re: Hanako's presents
On that thought and note, it's a shame she was never adopted. I'm sure her emotional development would have been quite different had she been with loving foster parents. She'd still have been subjected to extensive bullying though, with or without foster parents. That said, it's not a surprise she ...

Re: Hanako's presents
Regardless of which doll she got, I really didn't see any indication that she liked dolls in the game Well, other than the fact that when she puts Lilly's doll on the shelf in her room you can see that there's already a doll there. I'd still consider that a valid indication. Phantom Mask stuff Ther...

Re: Christmas with the Nakais
Read the time stamp. This story was written in 2009, before the full game came out. Hanako's profile on the website always merely mentioned her father having died. If a fic was written before january 2012 you should go into it with the expectation that there may be stuff in there that contradicts ca...

Re: Dissapointed with Hanako's Arc
Hanako may not be cruel, but she did end up cynical. Since she talks so little, you just don't find out about that immediately. And I don't think she's ready to forgive the people who hurt her, since she's still struggling with the consequences on a daily basis. It might be entirely possible she doe...
