If the game just ended after Hisao went to see Hanako in her room, you got the neutral ending rather than the good one.

Not to mention the fact that Satou (and its variations) are really common surnames. (kinda like Jones) Kenji and Lilly could both be called Satou and still be believably unrelated.

In other words, this is one hell of a populated gutter.
