Re: Best Good Ending

Well, Lilly said she felt her parents really wanted her to move back in, so I assume the outcome of Lilly's good ending wasn't the one they were hoping for.

Re: Best Good Ending

Why is there talk about ommitting Lilly's after-credits scene? It's part of the route, it should be included even if no other route has a scene after the credits. I'd REALLY hate to get involved in this, because you guys can't seem to keep this discussion to one thread, but let me set out a few poin...

Re: Is Hanako mentally unstable?

In the 'Would you bully Hanako?' thread, some posters proclaimed that she might murder someone for mistreating her, so she does sound as though both her anger and sorrow can be an incredibly intense force... Very unlikely...Hanako's flight-or-fight reflex is firmly stuck on flight. The largest part...

Re: Sisterhood (Hanako Epilogue) (Completed)

Thanks for the kind words, guys. :) The original line-thing is something that's happened a few times throughout the story...like Lilly's speech to Hanako (though the part that might have made a slight difference ends up being omitted) and the "I've messed up everything."-line though it's Lilly rathe...

Re: So I've just finished Hanako's story

I don't think of it so much as a plot twist. It's just for me and perhaps a few others, seeing her being mistreated by Shizune and ignored by most of the class made us want to help her (and her obvious fear of people seeing her scars), though that doesn't imply I saw her as an object to help, just ...

Re: Is Hanako mentally unstable?

I don't think Hanako is mentally unstable. She's not delusional and her thought processes have logic to them although they're colored by her extremely low self esteem. Emotionally, I would say she is unstable. Seemingly trivial events are capable of triggering strong reactions of anxiety or depressi...

Re: Bacon Tagging

For all of the positive influence people claim KS had on their lives, one thing that seems clear is that people are now more likely to throw around the term "White Knight" without actually knowing what it means.

Re: Is anyone unwilling to do the bad/neutral endings?

You'll be missing out on certain aspects of the girls that you don't get to see if you strictly play through the good routes. Try to see it as getting to know the characters just a little bit better.

Re: Bacon Tagging

Or...if you want a summary from the other side of the fence in a slightly less bitter tone: - OP posted a Hanako pic with a "Get Bacon" tag and some people mentioned wanting to spread it as a meme. - Some found it funny, some found it boring and one person in particular felt that jokes mocking burn ...

Re: Bacon Tagging

Bacon is not the fucking "b Word", its not comparable to Nigger. Its more akin to calling a black guy "Chocolate", and that's not really offensive. I still think a black burn victim would prefer to be called the n-word over anything bacon-related because the former at least mocks the part of his sk...

Re: Bacon Tagging

Whether you call it a "psychological condition" or a "religion", it's all the same delusional crap born of feeble minds. If somebody can't figure out the obvious fact that "malnourished and scrawny" does not equal "fat and gross" or that "deliberately starving yourself to death" does not equal "a g...

Re: Bacon Tagging

I'd actually argue that calling an anorexic "string bean" is okay because anorexics are delusional morons who have lost grasp on reality due to their feeble minds being consumed by superficial bullshit. But then, I'm a cynic with very little patience for the stupidity of my fellow man. The English ...

Re: Bacon Tagging

I figure I'd clarify my point a little bit. Bacon is not at pair with nigger or cunt, its a friendly nickname (its food based after all) not a taboo word. What nickname do you think would upset a black burn victim most? Nigger or Bacon? I'm betting on the latter though that's merely an assumption on...

Re: Bacon Tagging

I actually remember Oddball saying he used to know someone who was covered in burn scars up to her neck in real life, so I can see how people here casually making fun of burn scars in general ('cause let's face it..."bacon" refers to her injuries in general, not to her character specifically unlike....
