Re: Mean Time to Breakdown — (Iwanako, Divergence) {u 7/19/2
I don't want anything done right yet. I want to hear what people think. For me, the shock comes when you see how differently the problem effects Iwanako versus Hisao. Going into the story, you realize what's happening after the first few paragraphs, so having that particular detail in the descripti...

Re: Miki and Taro: Rat Race
On that note, has anyone noticed my propensity for using track related jargon in my posts since the most recent chapter? It's sort of a running gag... I'm doing my damnedest to catch up on TD, so hopefully I'll notice fairly soon. I was talking about after your latest chapter, actually... Because M...

Re: Miki and Taro: Rat Race
The hopefully involuntary implications of this are both laughable and terrifying. It's such a glorious mistake, though. Were it the case, I'm sure the human race would have run out of steam in its first lap. Wording is not my friend... On that note, has anyone noticed my propensity for using ...

Re: Miki and Taro: Rat Race
I figured, if periods on average last about five days a week , with four weeks in a month, a decent number of girls would get it simultaneously. The hopefully involuntary implications of this are both laughable and terrifying. It's such a glorious mistake, though. Were it the case, I'm sure t...

Re: Miki and Taro: Rat Race
I dunno, this sounds like a conspiracy on the part of the feminists of Yamaku to undermine the male population through biochemical warfare. Finally , someone got it right. I believe this particular form would fall under the category of biological, rather than biochemical warfare, but that point is ...

Re: Miki and Taro: Rat Race
I meant to imply that only some girls at Yamaku would get it at the same time (hence the "a lot" as opposed to "all.) I figured, if periods on average last about five days a week, with four weeks in a month, a decent number of girls would get it simultaneously. In that case, shouldn't there be a co...

I try to respond to every comment on some level--have since the beginning, really--but sometimes there isn't a lot to say in response.Kimori16 wrote:Pretty funny.

There's still gonna be a lot of blood. *high fives self* Is that why girls all like those stupid Twiligh...

--- Warning: rather long comment, hope it needn't be cut later on --- *checks for SilentCook* We're probably clear. Having gotten away with 9000 word posts in some cases, I doubt he'll mind a 1000 word essay. Well, turned out I missed this gem somehow. I don't advertize much, and it's OC... so peop...

Re: The great fan fiction archive
I remember another KS fanfiction archive , quite neatly organized. Useful to have a forum-wide one running. That one is mostly pastebin, and doesn't offer much where the renai forums are concerned. Having dug into the bowels of the forum here(back before I started writing my own and lacked the time...

Re: The great fan fiction archive
On a completely unrelated note, I keep hearing about the 'Miki Route Curse'. Can anyone tell me if this actually exists and why it seems to happen? Mostly, it's a silly superstition, but the track record for Miki routes speaks for itself; it's a race fraught with false starts, incomplete relays, an...

Re: The great fan fiction archive
My only suggestion is that in sorting the various titles, you should swap 'the' to the end and use the second word for the alphabetical listing. IE: Manly Tea Party, The United States of Misha, The Otherwise, it's a good archive. For the biggest one's I hope that the authors will provide the info th...

Re: Tomorrow's Doom ~ Up: 08/16/13 ~ C.40 - Summer Lull
I'm up to chapter 15 now and still really liking the story (despite my ever present distrust of most OC stories) but there are still a few errors. Can I ask if you have proofreader? Also in some places I feel like you're trying to use uncommon words instead of much more common words deliberately. I...
