Re: Ask!
A couple of questions for the artists. During the crowded school hall scenes where the grey figures are used to show other students moving around the halls did any of you want or pitch the idea of replacing the generic figures with ones of students that were your own original creations? It would ha...

At one point it was mentioned that the backgrounds are "manipulated" pictures. What program was used for that?

Re: Ask!
Now, a (very egoistic) question for all the writers. What resources have you used to learn how to write / create stories? Your tools of the trade  I read a lot. That's about it. I've not studied writing or storytelling at all, but instead derived pretty much all of my understanding of writing...

Re: Ask!
1. Is there an in-game explanation of why there's a stand selling beer at the Yamaku school festival? 2. Was Iwanako's letter actually a photo of a handwritten letter, or just a handwriting-like font? If the former, who wrote it? 1. No. Of course they aren't selling beer at the school festival. The...

Re: Ask!
how do you guys feel when people claim that parts of the game should have been certain ways, by way of writing/choices or art? because sometimes, i feel like some people get way too offensive about their own opinions, to the point of arguing wholeheartedly about the smallest detail for little to no...

2. Also, the anon who originally posted the art back in 2007 and started all this (well, triggered the real push to make it happen), who was that? Were they ever involved with the project or did their involvement end with that 4chan thread? 3. Did you consider including an explanation of the Japane...

Re: Ask!
I haven't seen any of the character sprites below the knee, is there anything below that point or just cut off there to same time? Also on that train of thought, seeing how the sprites have so many facial features is it possible that they sort of work like paper dolls? That there is a base maiden w...

Re: Ask!
I've only played a handful of VNs but the things that KS does with its sprites (moving them on screen to indicate actions described in the narration, displaying at different sizes to reflect character's distance from Hisao) are quite new to me. Was this an original idea? It's not unique at all, man...

Whoever comes up with the best and most creative use for fans gets a prize.
Also, what's your favourite memory of the KS development? Do you have any?

4. Lastly, why the upskirt shot of Shizune in the scene where she argues with Lilly? It struck me as at odds with the approach taken during the rest of the game where sex scenes or panty shots were all in the context of the scene.

Re: A Week of Memories part 5: Lessons Learned
The effect of leadership depends heavily on the nature of the project and its members. I'm sure a strong hierarchy suits many projects better, it's just how we ended up doing things because it suited us. And sure, I did plenty of bossing around and organizing, but so did delta, crud, suriko and moek...

First, thanks for a great game. I really enjoyed it. and now questions: 1. Who came with the idea to make Emi´s mom such MILF? I have to say she was, well, distracting me from my goal. 2. How did Lilly found out about Hisao´s condition? It´s never explicitly stated and there´s a lot of possibilitie...

When you (whoever you are) created the April Fools Day characters, Saki Enomoto and Rika Katayama, did you somewhat regret you couldn't have them in the game? While we're on Saki and Rika, were they created randomly in as short a time as possible or did some effort go into thinking of them? I came ...
