Re: Misha's disabillity?
To explain how Yamaku works, every student is admitted on a case-by-case basis and the guidelines are somewhat vague. There are completely healthy students, physically disabled students and mildly mentally disabled students in the school. Many students do have psychological problems of one kind or a...

Re: Your First Playthrough
Nah, I'm merely saying your approach to pondering how the choices work is directly opposite to how they were actually made (whether that counts for anything is up to anyone's guess). It's clear that a player's personality and preferences affect the choices they make and the route they end up with, b...

Re: Your First Playthrough
So are you saying that most people playing as themselves will end up with Ibarazaki and because you have to go out of your way to avoid her it breaks the point of trying to put yourself in Nakai's shoes. So do you want more opportunity's to go with different girls while being conciseness of your co...

Re: Your First Playthrough
Nah, that'd mean I make some assumptions about the playerbase, or that we value some girls above others. Basically I figured the playerbase, on average, will act like a weighted coin on each choice. Problem is I could only make educated guesses about how the coin is weighted, but the results in this...

Re: Your First Playthrough
Despite the relatively small sample set, the numbers seem to indicate that I pulled off almost exactly what I wanted with the scenario design. This is/was a useful thread.

None of us care about astrology. The birth signs pertain to their birthdays, some of which are random, some of which are relevant in some context.

Re: Was KS the first VN you played?
From what I've understood of the discussion around KS in the past month and so, a rather large amount of people have been introduced to the VN medium through Act 1 release. I think that is very interesting.

Quartett.
Not because it's especially good or anything, but because it distinguishes itself from the mass and really manages to feel like something else, at least for some time.

Re: Concerning their disabilities...
I made Rin an amputee (as opposed to possessing something she can manipulate) because I wanted her to be that way. That's pretty much all there is to it. As for canon, while RAITA's sketch indeed mentions thalidomide, and the girl in sketch was called thalidomide-tan, Rin's disability was not caused...

Re: Language related question
Actually all the characters in KS speak English all the time. As should be apparent from reading the game.
