KS is not a dating sim. Scenarios like suggested by a few people (basically, love triangle/cheating.. or anything really) would happen only if they were an integral part of a path's story, not "just because we can".

KS defines people by their disabilities approximately as much as Kanon defines people by their speech idiosyncrasies. What anyone gets out of it is left as an exercise for the reader.

Iirc you can get rid of progress data by deleting the KS persistent data file. On windows Vista it's located in /User/AppData/Roaming/Renpy/Katawashoujo_act1
