Re: Misha's Future?
I have been watching this debate about a Misha route for some time... the opinions are interesting, but I find myself agreeing with the devs again... I think that we should at least wait for the 5 main paths to be completed in the final KS, and once that is done, then we should get this debate up a...

Re: Misha's Future?
Misha doesn't have a path mostly because it would be too much work for a project already bloated beyond everything resembling common sense. (You might also note her absence from RAITA's original drawing)

Re: Misha's Future?
Misha is a beloved character. You have people left and right asking for a route for her. You have fan art and fan fiction involving her appearing just as often. She is a really well-liked character for the most part. Killing her off may add drama, it may make some people think you have the balls to...

Re: Hanako's hidden eye...
She has two functional eyes that her mama gave to her. The emokid hairstyle just covers the right eye.
Mystery solved.

Re: Can the staff get anything out of this?
We haven't "decided" anything. We haven't even talked about life after KS. But we know ourselves. It just seems unlikely that an idea behind which we all could rally would pop up from somewhere.

Re: A couple staff questions
The studios organisational structure also betrays their roots as channers. Flat with it mostly being about who shouts and screams the loudest. I disagree. Reckon it has more to do with the history of the project. We've always been collaboratively creative, all the way from back when it really was c...

Re: A couple staff questions
Any titles are mostly ceremonial - 4LS works as a semi-anarchistic meritocracy. The power hierarchy is more based on personal relationships and one's skill at argumentation than any rigid structure - it's actually a pretty complex thing now that I think about it, at least to explain. The system has ...

Re: Suggestion for the blog
Everything we do, including working, going to school, sleeping and eating slows down the progress on the final game.

What is a "delay"? I don't recall us having a release date or deadlines.

Coincidentally, both of the mentioned trends in visual novels are pretty damn retarded.

Re: Suggestion for the blog
If A22 wrote a blog post about the latest shit he took and how it affected whatever he was writing at the time (he claims it's his primary source of inspiration), blog readers would consider it meaningful. That is to say, it might be fun for you, but it's not necessarily so for us. Which is why the ...

Re: Suggestion for the blog
I'd say they are not meaningful, as it's not possible to measure the progress of KS on anything resembling an objective scale. Which is why giving updates on progression feels so pointless and at worst, a disservice.

Re: KS CYOA threads
More probably we'd make some sub-subforum where you could circlejerk in peace and without bothering people who don't care about cyoa. I'm not convinced that a traditional forum is the optimal medium for this stuff though.
