Re: Ask!

Sorry if this has already been asked, but while the stories end in the game, do the writers of each path have an idea for what happens in the story after the end, or did they just stop thinking about the stories once they finished writing them? Either way it is, we are not going to tell you. Obviou...

Re: Ask!

For the questions, I guess the following are intended for writers : 1. In your working days (don't count days with no writing done at all), how many average words (rough estimation, ofc) per day that you guys did for KS? (ex. 1000 words per day, etc) 2. Did you write some other fiction writings befo...

Re: Ask!

Whats the reason behind this being 100% free? I'm not complaining, but you also seem pretty adamant to not making any merchandise or accepting donations either (maybe I'm wrong about that?) when I know tons of people would buy anything related to KS. I always had a suspicion behind legality issues ...

They asked and we said yes. That's how the rules work.

Which reminds me I have like 200 of those suckers in a drawer somewhere.

Re: Ask!

I was going kinda offtopic actually, saying that for the non-Japanese speakers Sankaku is pretty much the only source of Japanese reactions. Now I have to think of a quection to stay on topic, hmm... Isn't is against the law to be selling stuff like artbooks since it was originally Raita's idea, or...

Re: Ask!

Just wondering, what is the average age of the members of 4LS? I remember reading something earlier about teenage girls drawing the penises, and the question isn't that important, but I'd like to know if some people are like, teenagers, while some are in their 40's or something. EDIT: also, I read ...

Re: Ask!

A couple of questions: 2) As devs, I assume that you are planning to, or already, have professions in the field of computer programming, etc. Is KS something that you plan to include on your personal resumes moving forward through your careers given is does have legit dev/coding merit, or is this s...

Re: businesses sponsoring Yanmaku

Once again, RL and 4LS intersect for me again... Fundrasing is huge business. You'll find that the philanthropy managers at sporting and arts institutions are some of the higest paid members of the staff. Not all "sponsorship" has to be what you mentioned in the OP; having a drink machine in the lib...

Re: Katawa Shoujo Folding@Home Team

After months of a slowly depleting machine count, I have just put a new, big machine onto my folding list.

Should hopefully see some results soon.

If it wasn't such a sensitive machine I'd run one of the high performance clients, but sadly, it wasn't meant to be.

Since when has the acceptable methods of displaying passion been considered a fun as the creepy ones?

Daw, you guys still love me!

I love you all too, just in the creepy stalker way; I stay outside your bedroom and occasionally brush against the glass, like I am now.

Keep up the good fight, and I will keep up the Stage 2.

Re: Musing on my Muse

I've written the Hanako path thrice, and then after that Suriko took a scapel to it, removed the crap, and added in some gold. Towards the end I was completely burnt out, and a new promotion made things untenable. Hence my removal from the team; I knew that I wouldn't be able to keep up the level of...

Re: Musing on my Muse

TIL crud is too shy to talk to women. I think you missed the point. I was trying to say that if I had gone and talked to her then: a) the moment would have been shattered when she ssaid "Oh, I just found it in the bargain bin." Besides, who would actually admit to liking KS to a stranger on the tra...

Re: Musing on my Muse

Occasionally I catch the train to work. Most of the time I bury myself into my studies (time is a premium), but about two weeks ago I did see something unexpected. Before I moved out from my parent's place (scarily, this happened over a decade ago), I used to have access to all kinds of books. When ...
