Natsume also strikes me as an incredibly cold individual.

It's one of those things that made more sense in my head but didn't quite become clear when written down. Sorry.

I pictured the outline of her legs as being more visible when laying down, and combined that with Hitomi's tendency to make a bigger deal outof things than she needs to.

Hisao needs eyes, but that's pretty much it.

The minimalist style you use has a lot of charm to it.

The story itself is awesome though. You gave a nice bit of character to Hisao's old buddy and some good polite awkwardness to iwanako.

Nothing new and ground breaking, but the first one of the two is sweet.

The second one has potential, but feels too short.

That was cute.

I feel like you may went out of your way to hit too many points, but then again I did give you characters that nobody is used to writing to work with. All in all, not too shabby.

That was a nice little fun story.

It wasn't as sappy a Christmas story as some of these tend to fall into. It captured a nice peaceful winter mood without feeling like it tired too hard.

... I did have to look up what a kotatsu was though.
