He doesn't actually appear in the final version of the game. He's replaced by some other guy who's name and disabilities have never been revealed. Still, Lelouch pops up in fanfic now and again.

Brogurt, please, give up that story. It was a failure on pretty much ever level. You can try to explain it and rewrite it as much as you want, but it's still horrible, incredibly out of character for everyone involved, and has an ending that goes directly against what you set up earlier in the story...
