I have no problems with Lilly being shown to be a bit insensitive or even cruel, or that Hanako was hiding her real anger. What bugs me here is that Hanako seems to come across like a little kid. She just seems so incredibly juvenile in this stor compared to how she comes across in the game.

I think its mentioned somewhere that Yamaku doesn't really translate (apparently it literally has no meaning, along with Iwanako).
