Re: Replaying the routes
When I first played it, I didn't see it that way. Hisao didn't know where anything in town was and he had no clue where Lilly was going. Rather than seeing it as ... Re: Replaying the routes
Something about playing KS again is that by looking at your previous choices you know how to get what you want. Making the tension of choices lower then the first time. It was pretty obvious the first time too. Well, I have to say, when you're on track to getting either Lilly or Hanako, and i...

Re: Replaying the routes
Strangely enough, I think I'm actually more attached to certain characters this time around. When playing the first time, I couldn't wait to see absolutely everything the game had to offer. Now that I know what';s going to happen, I feel reluctant to abandon certain characters and play other paths.

How did you even find it a year later?Helbereth wrote:Oddball wrote:Amusing and yet sadly accurate. Shame this story didn't continue.
There's an option to show unread posts. I like digging through that.

I guess we're just more mature here.

Re: Katawa Shoujo 2 Cancelled
I'm suddenly picturing a Mario Kart style KS game.As in, same overall concept and ideas (the school, the type of characters, the morals) but a different game type?
Anybody want to do the fanart for that? Anybody?

Emis and Yuukos
Well, I made a topic about the older Lilly design, so why not bring back the Emi and Yuuko designs and talk about them as well? http://i.imgur.com/UAQSSIh.jpg Frankly, I think these are both huge improvements. I can't Emi seriously as a love interest if she looks like she's 8. She still looks youthf...

Re: Is KS fandom dying?
(I didn't read the thread past page I, but here's my input anyway) I've been thinking about this a lot. The community could be safely called dead. The only active topics here seem to be only vaguely related to the content of the VN and are more about people fantasizing (e.g. talking about what they...

Re: Is KS fandom dying?
Honestly, if anyone is afraid of the fandom dying, there's one thing I can suggest doing. Post something. Not a joke, not a one liner, post something worthwhile. Start a new topic. Reply to something somebody else has said with your own thought and opinions on the matter. Go read somebody fanfic or ...

It started good, but it's since become "post a random KS picture."OtakuNinja wrote:I really don't like that thread, and I still consider it my biggest mistake on these forums. .__.Merloficus wrote:Just to occasionly add to an existing topic, and enjoy the 'fav artwork' of course![]()

Re: Older Lilly
Let's toss in a few other pictures real quick. A direct comparison. http://i.imgur.com/Rv9VhuJ.png And to see how she looks standing next to some of the others. http://i.imgur.com/Qd7FY3v.png One thing I do like about the older style is that Lilly actually looks pale. They mentioned her being pale a...

Re: Is KS fandom dying?
Don't realy think so, some members just are more open than others i guess. There's plenty of activity regarless. But for new people, well... Take me for instance, still consider myself fairly new. I'm a bit nervous/unsure about what i'd talk about. I don't want to offend anyone with my thoughts for...

Re: Older Lilly
What gets me is that she seems rather top heavy. I don't mean just the breasts either. She's almost V-shaped ... but that might also be the pose as well. Still, that's a lot of hair. I wonder if they ever made any of the CG's using this design. I think I'd have an even harder time taking this seriou...
