Every group of friends has the one guy that's just slightly off. I can see Kenji being that guy and having lots of friends before his paranoia went into overdrive and his vision really started to fail him.
That and his parents probably made him actually attend school.

Re: School before Yamaku
Rin's far from being an emotionless robot that doesn't care what anybody thinks and there's a lot worse that people can do than just saying bad things about her.

School before Yamaku
Just being curious here. We know Lilly went to an all girls catholic school where she was very popular. We know Hanako was bullied, and picked on, and worse. What do you think school was like for the others before Yamaku? I lost my save date so I can't go back and check, but didn't Rin say something...

Re: He Didn't Listen - Oneshot
No. It's just that Hisao being able to fix his "bad endings" is fairly common in fics. Having him mess up, being unable to fix it, and trying to deal with that is something that's much more rare to see.Lost In The Fire wrote:

Re: What movie do you think would be each girl's favourite?
The idea that Misha is into really brutal and/or gory slasher movies appeals to me for some reason. Probably because it's the last thing you'd expect from her. "You've never seen the Texas Chainsaw Massacre, Hiichan? It's a classic!" ... Also, Shizune is a big Sailor Moon fan, but won't admit it to ...

Re: Oh Lilly... what's wrong with me?
By that logic and reasoning, the only thing Lilly could've done was telling hisao they could not have a realtionship because [insert white lie here]. Going from her upbringing and unquestionable loyalty to her parents she already knew she'd leave Japan. Actually they're relationship started before ...

Re: Oh Lilly... what's wrong with me?
One of the things that always stood out to me as interesting in Lilly's route is that there are a few times she starts to the convenience store by herself, then Hisao ends up catching up to her and she relys completely on his help. There's even an exchange between them where Hisao basically says, "A...

Re: The meaning of Katawa Shoujo.
People are people. Disabled people are different, sure. So are people from different countries, different ethnic groups, different religions, different hair colors, and any other thing you can think of. Identical twins aren't the same as each other. You could look at your friend and pick out reasons...

Re: Oh Lilly... what's wrong with me?
Can you name a person anywhere that likes hearing bad news?BTW, is it actually true that Japanese don't like hearing bad news?

Re: Oh Lilly... what's wrong with me?
The ting that bothered me is that she waited til the last minute letting you belive everything is fine even though she knew for months. MOTHER FUCKING MONTHS ! She's probably going off the whole "Japanese don't like hearing/giving bad news" stereotype. Hence why she didn't tell him, or she didn't w...

Re: Oh Lilly... what's wrong with me?
Speaking of Lilly, she does seem a bit more open in Hanako's route than her own. She invites you to her room for tea in Hanako's, but you don't get to see her room until Hanako's birthday party in her own route. Likewise she doesn't mention having to go back to Scotland until after Hanako's birthday...

Re: What movie do you think would be each girl's favourite?
I theorized that ALW's Phantom of the Opera movie might be Hanako's favorite. It has singing, and features a scarred person as the romantic lead. And he's hoplessly insane, blackmails, tortures, and murders people without any qualms about it, considers himself a monster, and ultimatley at the end o...

For some reason, I'm picturing Rin watching Yellow Submarine wide eyed and trying to make sense out of it.

Re: Oh Lilly... what's wrong with me?
Also, Hisao's lack of action is imo partily of not mainly due to Lilly herslef. She cares for him like a mother, not a lover. Not really. It's just Lilly's nature to be motherly. It seems rather apparent whenever she's dealing with anyone. That doesn't mean she views everyone like they're her child...
