We never see the pool...And also never see any medical staff other than Nurse.

We never see any, but Hisao does mention a female nurse at one point.

The first time I saw that picture, I just assumed that was Natsume and Naomi's initial reaction to Hisao.

Well, the story isn't too bad, once you get past the fact that Hanako seems somewhat out of character and far too confident. It strikes me that this might be the levels she's at in a few years, not months.

Also, you left a "reserved" at the end of your first chapter.

Does it make sense for your characters to be attending a Japanese high school? Oh God yes. I can't remember the number of stories I've seen where some foreigner gets in an accident or has some newly discover condition, so they send them overseas to Yamaku. Seriously? Not too bad. The Emi story seemed like the first half of what should be a longer story though. It stops before anything actually happens. Hanako's story works the best out of the three, but I've never cared for stories that repeatedly refer to Hanako as "Hana" and her appology feels a bit more like ...
