Re: An odd revelation
True, if you think about it, while Hanako was caressing him, he *should* just have stood his ground, taken her hand and told her that he liked/loved her. Probably a few kisses would follow. Sex ... well, probably not then, but about around the same time as it went in the game, just far less awkward....

Re: Shiina Mikado Gets It Together (and other Misha one-shot
Interesting! I wondered how Shiina became Misha, and this is one way that makes sense. As for the risk game: never underestimate Shizune!

Re: Hanako's Broken Heart Club
Kutagh, thank you for your story. I didn't know you had some problems with agression as well... It's understandable for people in pain to lash out, but of course not right . I'm glad that things got better for you. Exbando, it's good you feel you would like to enjoy your life more, but if you have s...

Re: An odd revelation
Hanako's a big girl who made a decision. Hisao used no force, no threats, and was perfectly gentle the whole time. This might be bordering on too much information, and if so I apologize, but my first time was a bit like theirs. We were both nervous as hell and didn't say much. At no point during the...

Re: An odd revelation
Nemz, apart from timing, whith regards to Hanako's brokenness, perhaps it's more semantics? I'd agree she isn' t strong, but she's fighting, she's resilient. I have known one or two people have given up facing problems far less severe than Hanako's, and as a result are no longer with us... I think w...

Hmmm... Interesting characterization. I'd lean a bit to her considering the sexual possibilities also, but this story is nice indeed.

Re: Mendācium (Hanako) - Version 1.1
I'd say all in all this version is an improvement. It makes Hisao's desire to forgive her more likely too. So I liked this story even better now.

Soticoto, the only evil person around here is you. *plonk*
Shadehave, it's true that language is also a social construct. But I'm not sure that's all there is to it. I guess better investigation of the functioning of the brain in the future will be needed to figure out the secrets of thought.

Re: Selecting a path without a walkthrough...
I guess that's an intensional flaw in Hisao's character, and serves as a way to make things interesting later down the story. Still annoys the hell out of me though. I'm sure it's like that. You see, Hisao is not really the same person in each other the individual paths. The first chapter establish...

Re: An odd revelation
I'm more tending to agree with guest poster here again, it would have been unbelievably naieve of Hanako to strip, say don't say anything and then expect Hisao just to think she wanted to show her scars. She's much smarter than that. Also, Hisao interprets her action as her asking for sex seeing tha...

Re: How do deaf people think?
I speak English, French, my native language and a bit of Japanese, and I find myself thinking in the language that is needed for the task at hand, which nowadays is often English (when I program, etc.). It does sound a bit like a voice in my head that matches the thoughts with words in the language ...
