Re: ASL
Now this makes me curious whether I'm understanding ASL right so far: Can anyone who's on here who's is fluent tell me whether PANDA FUR BLACK WHITE PATTERN would be a correct way to sign this? I guess the FUR is actually superfluous, since you'd probably guess that I wasn't talking about the panda...

Re: ASL
Quick question, just wanted a bit of clarification to make sure I'm not wrong. ASL is English in Sign Language correct? No need to learn new grammar rules or anything, just a new vocabulary, yes? American Sign Language so yes, basically. No. Completely wrong. If you want sign language "in English",...

Re: ASL
Well, I dunno if it's even possible. Far as I know, quite a bit of it does take two hands. At the risk of sounding perverse, your dominant hand does most of the work. The non-dominant has a role but not nearly as complex. I have read of people with mobility problems in one of the arms still b...

Re: ASL
@Metalangel. Thanks for the response. Yeeeaahhh no. I don't operate like that. ...ever. However, the area I live in DOES. hence why I was confused. I'm literally only learning so that I can communicate with as many people as i can in life (also a reason why im learning German at the same time), to ...

Re: ASL
You're thinking of Baby Sign, which is derived from ASL. It's just to communicate some basic wants or needs, you won't be able to discuss the 6 o'clock news with the baby.

Re: ASL
I do have ONE concern though that maybe some of you can field however! I hear the deaf community can be a bit...apprehensive to the hearing community trying to learn ASL. It wouldn't be considered offensive to learn just for the sake of learning right? I have a terrible habit of treating everyone.....

Re: Hanako's Broken Heart Club
Nobody asked but I'll throw in my 2 cents anyway. As long as you keep pursuing women who are into FWB you're gonna get caught up in a web of drama sooner or later. Maybe this is too harsh but I'd say it's about time to start thinking with your brain instead of your dick. There are many more importa...

Re: Hanako's Broken Heart Club
Ayup. Daddy issues, histrionic personality, compulsive lying: getting a little tail doesn't seem worth all of that when there are plenty of lonely and sensible ladies about. Indeed, but it's not an easy subject to broach. There's another guy at school who's in an open relationship because he's a bi...

Re: Hanako's Broken Heart Club
As for the low libido thing... I've never been able to get that to work. I have almost none, or at least it almost never shows up, and this was always a strain on any sexual relationships. Protip: women don't like it when you tell them you're not in the mood with some regularity. It makes them feel...

Well, Second and I have talked since I posted that. I apologized for being weird and leaving because I felt like a third wheel, she apologized that things got weird and making me feel awkward.
I'm happy to have such a good friend.
