Re: Birthday!

There's a local organization for both Deaf and LGTBQ people (anyone is welcome to come) that has a social event every Monday so you can meet up with friends and practice signing if you're a student.

Re: Birthday!

I had fried food for lunch and went to a Deaf social gathering in the evening, my friend and I talked to this guy about ice cream for 30 minutes! Pecans are good for your heart, it turns out.

Re: Hanako's Broken Heart Club

I always loved that story. Thanks for posting it. I think I first heard it maybe ten years ago when I was keeping pet rats. I did it for a lot of years and eventually just had to give it up. Rats are such sweet little creatures, but they only live for 2-3 years. So I was continually having my heart...

Re: Hanako's Broken Heart Club

I'm lost at the moment and I would like some help on what to do. Just this side of heaven is a place called Rainbow Bridge. When an animal dies that has been especially close to someone here, that pet goes to Rainbow Bridge. There are meadows and hills for all of our special friends so they can run...

Re: Hanako's Broken Heart Club

But yet i'm scared. So please give me advice on it all, if it all fails i'd like some advice on how to get over her. Thanks once again You need to tell B how you feel face to face, you don't seem to have done this yet. You seem to be spending too much time talking to your other (guy) friends about ...

Yes, anonymity is great. That doesn't answer the question though. :P
For me, it's the comfort of plausible deniability in case anyone I know (or worse, those involved) finds it. Maybe I watch too much Law & Order?

Re: Hanako's Broken Heart Club

What exactly is the point of using fake names and such in these stories? It's not like exposing their first name is gonna get them tracked down and lynched. Never understood that... One of the great benefits (and great detriments, arguably) of teh intarwebs is anonymity. If choosing to use it...

Re: Hanako's Broken Heart Club

Forget girl A. For one thing, she's friendzoned you; for another, she won't make time to see you as friends. Friendship involves two people, one of you can't do all the work. Who did girl B tell your group of friends had been friendzoned? You and A or you and B? If it was A, that's a bit stupid of h...

Re: Hanako's Broken Heart Club

* Is there are a way to put a big thing (whiteboard) on a wall without leaving any mark on the wall? Given that you can't replace it. My dorm keeper will charge me dearly for doing anything that's damage the wall. * I need some good Feng Shui text-only guide. It's good to have energy flow fluently ...

Re: What would your disability be?

Its a fantasy is the sense that its not real, your correct there. But its not a fantasy in a sense that i get some sort of pleasure from thinking about it. As for the BIID, i didn't even know that existed until now. It's a rather strange and interesting disorder, i thank you for expanding my knowle...

Re: What would your disability be?

I know they're not the first. It doesn't make fantasizing about being disabled any less sick. I didn't make this intending to hear peoples fantasy about being disabled, i asked what would your disability would be. So you're asking them to think of what disability they want. But it's not real. So it...

Re: What would your disability be?

If you could go to Yamaku because of a disability you had, what would it be and how would it have happened to to you? You're sick. Nah, he's not the first one who's ever created this topic. There used to be a couple of them a few months ago (one was really popular), but then the interest faded. :P ...
